Our Wind’s rear view mirror is looking tired so looking to change it. How easy is it to get and change one. Does any other Renault use the same mirror?.

You could try a brakers yard Renbreakers often have Winds in.

Good news!!, went to my breakers yard and got one with the casing off a Renault Clio, all for a £5…result!
