Sun visor left hand

I have just had the left hand side sun visor drop off .It and been rather stiff to operate I tried WD 40 but no good Just had a quote from Renault dealer ,you have to buy all the top screen surround and both visors etc all 1 unit about £220 plus fitting .Has anybody had this problem at all .Sweeney

As the driver you could argue that at least it is the passenger side so you could stick it back into place with double sided carpet tape, for cosmetic purposes, & get your passenger some sun glasses. Much cheaper!!!!

Of course I would NEVER be such a Grinch just before Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
