Yes it did. The red looks a lot better in the flesh.

Yes, or a very early one.Barbs wrote:Private plate 2004
Mine was parked two spaces away on the right, so I think it was put there on purpose.

It came out quite well in the picture, but still a little 2-dimensional compared to in the flesh.ElNumbre wrote:Lord that is a nice colour.

Yes, I've used it for nearly a week (after a few weeks away from it) but left it at home again today.

Only dark blue, and without a Renault badge.

One of only 32 red Winds in the country
I have only ever seen one other, other than my own.
That day we were in the Wife's Fortwo, so we had to check the plates to make sure it was not mine (stolen)

There is a Red Dynamique on eBay at the moment with 41k on the clock, but they want £5k for it.

Never know why so few reds were offered in the showrooms at the time. Usually red is a sporty colour for a sporty car, and sells well
When I went to buy mine all they had in Scotland was blue and black, so the dealership where I bought the car did a swap with one of their branches in the Midlands, and the red Wind I got came up in a transporter.

Re: Red Wind, De Bradlei, Dover
I think in preference order, from most to least preferred, mine go
Red, White, Black, Blue
which I think is the reverse of how many they sold.
Oh, and that Brown one. I do have a thing for brownwagons.

There's another blue missing from your list, and also a grey.

Yes, the Gordini Blue (with the white go faster stripes) is slightly darker than the normal Blue winds, if I remember.

Saw the red Wind again this week. Let's just say it was a mature lady driver this time.
