Auto door locks

Several of my previous cars have had an anti hijack system, whereby you can tell the doors to autolock when you drive off. I'm happy to find the Wind has a similar system. To activate it, make sure the key is turned to position 2 then press and hold the lock button on the centre console by the av connections for about 5 seconds. You should here a double bong to tell you it was activated. Disabling is the same process holding the unlock, this time you should get a single bong.

Some people don't like it as they say it is more difficult for emergency responders to access the car, but in my opinion, they have a tendency to cut the roof and windows off anyway if you can't extract yourself.

Great stuff, I look for motion autolock in all my cars. Still doesnt stop someone sticking a gun through the top of the open roof, but as they say in Tesco, every little helps.
