New Wind owner Manchester
Hello everyone IA week ago I saw an amazing little black car in a car park. I literally ran to have a look. I fell in love at first sight. Hours of Internet searching I am now the proud owner of a 1.2 wind collection. I love it. Looking forward to finding out more and sharing tips [/color]

And its fun to drive.
Though do watch out for reduced rear vision due to small rearscreen and large B pillars. You do get used to it though
I just park nose in when I can, as its easier

Re: New Wind owner Manchester
I am going to have to try and fix my prole pic..A poor show for someone who teaches graphic design. I up loaded it from my mobile and it seems to orientate my pics at strange angles.
I took my wind aka Bat Bug to my garage man to get a full service and new front tires. I knew when I bought the car the front tyres were needed changed. Also to check the things which you mentioned. It had a service last year on first inspection the oil was old and like treacle. Everything else was brilliant. It only has 22k on the clock.
As you can tell I am not a petrol head all I know is where oil and screen wash go. That's not that I don't want to learn. One of my favourite shows is wheeler dealers. However I do appreciate and love beautiful, ingenious and quirky design and the wind has all that.
My only worry is petrol consumption coming from an ago or a hair dryer on wheels as my friends would say. However it would do terrific miles to the gallon even at high speed. I am hoping it will be about £10 more a week to run a good trade off for feeling safe and having the comfort and features the wind has to offer.
