I had an MG also, not very reliable.

I must have got lucky. Both my TF115; bought new in 2004; & my 2004 TF160; bought in 2011; took us for many thousands of miles across Europe & the UK & never let us down.
The 115 did have early problems with it's aircon but once sorted all was well.
