roof problems
went for a drive and stop to get a drink but when i went to put the roof down it seams the boot top wont open is unlocked on both sides and moves a bit but wont come all the way? any fix or is it time to take her back to a renault dealer to get fixed their???

Do you have the manual winding tool for the boot?
One has to remove the boot badge & insert then twist.
With luck that might free it up.

Worth try but is the handbrake fully engaged. We went on a cruise and the car was valet parked i didn't know the handbrake handle could go that high

the back top of the boot wont open other then a few incs
when i did have it all the way up the normal roof would work.
motor makes a ticking noice like something knocking when you start to put the roof down and no motion
unsure what to do so sending it to renault to see if they can find anything

Im in the works of it. seams the rare motor has gone. motor turns over but doesnt move anymore. ill try and get a video for youjohnwkey61 wrote:Did you have your roof done? I have a similar problem.
