Wind 1.2 GT Line Cooling fan Empty Wind 1.2 GT Line Cooling fan

When the engine is hot the motor appears to be energised but the fan rotor does not move. The rotor moves around in the enclosure separate from the motor and appears to be detached from the motor. What is the best way to access the fan assembly either to repair or to fit a new assembly? Thanks ArtyOwner
