Welcome to the forum. Smile

I think that all of the cars are now out of warranty, so I'm guessing a lot more DIY fixes will be documented on here in the future.

Yes I was fortunate to have ball joints replaced under warranty, otherwise been lucky so far but a service and MOT due in a few months so will see what that brings.

The problem with the wheels is that they are wider than the tyres, so will always touch the kerb first. I switched to 15" wheels to stop this. The old Dynamique used to have 16" wheels, but the 17" on all other models are terrible - especially as they are diamond cut and lacquered.

I have the 17" and got a quote of £75 per wheel for repair, assuming they weren't badly damaged. However considering option to change them to 15" would be cheaper in long run

I got mine done at £35 per wheel but the lacquered finish is lifting off so will have to have them done again but not much in the way of kerb damage this time.
