Oh, if only it was red! Mine's on 136,000 miles now and I still love it. A couple of months ago Autotrader had one exactly like mine, 1.2 GT Line, red with camel leather, 16,000 miles and £6,250. I ummed and ahhed for ten days then phoned the garage at the other end of the country that I wanted to have a look, only to be told they'd sold it the day before....

Remarkably few, touch wood. Apart from a new back axle(which wasn't the fault of the car) I've just had a new coil pack fitted to cure a terrible misfire (£160), very early on I had the front ball joints done under warranty one of the washer jets needed replacing and that's about all that springs to mind. With the miles I do she gets a full or part service every few months, the journeys I do mean that once everything has warmed up she stays warm all day and I do make sure I use decent petrol (not supermarket stuff if I can help it and usually 97 RON, Shell Nitro from choice).

I am thinking about retiring her from work while there's nothing that needs fixing and keeping her for weekend fun driving, but then what would I use for work?
