does anyone know were I could get a front strut brace and stainless exhaust?

This one should fit - as should any from the Twingo RS, but you may want to check with K-tec first.

Frankly, you don't want to make the front stiffer like that, or it will just make the roof rattle more. If you want to sharpen the car up, look at an uprated anti-roll bar instead - unless it's the bling factor that you're after.
