Hi,

Any advice would be highly appreciated. Handbrake on my Wind loose when I pull up and car doesn’t move when I put in gear. Has anyone had this issue?

Yes will be the rear brakes that are frozen. Don’t use the handbrake when really cold, just leave it in gear.
