Pollen filter

Hi all. Never used a forum before so hope I’m posting in right place? Anyway had my wind two weeks now and love it. Want to change the pollen filter but can’t find where the hell it is! Also having a problem with the aircon makes a noise and no cold air, booked in for a check today.  Thanks. Pete

Another item; like the batteries; which must be coming up for most of us now Winds are 9 or 10 yrs old.
