Weak headlines

Hello all! Since I have my wind I noticed it has very week headlights. They reflect very well from road signs but don’t illuminate enough the road in front, to the point that I can miss seeing things (a huge water puddle, one time). Now I’m thinking, they could be off-alignment or I should I buy new lights to replace them? Is it hard to replace the bulbs yourself? And what kind of bulb should i use? Any recommendations/ advice?
