My wife saw a black Wind with customised twin exhausts near Carland Cross on A30 in Cornwall.  We have a Black Wind ourselves and live at Bodmin but this is only the second one we have seen in Cornwall.  This one and a blue one in the St Austell area.

I have seen a Wind with a twin exhaust but it was a fake extra exhaust pipe.

I believe that it was an official Renault accessory but as you say the second outlet is a dummy.

It also prevents fitting of the rear tow/transit hitch but; that said how often is that ever used!!

The manual actually says the car is not suitable for towing so insurance probably invalidated if you do.
