MOT on tuesday Empty MOT on tuesday

Well Tuesday is MOT day. Been out today to give the Wind a once over as it only gets used at weekends. Tyre  pressure gauge (battery not working) Off to the shops to buy a new one. Tyres checked need a little top up, it has been stood for a few weeks. Get tyre compressor out , it dies so I have to go and buy another one. Everything else checked so just fingers crossed now. Will let you know.

"He" does he have a name?

In my younger days my Bike; a 350cc Matchless G3LS; rejoiced in the name of Jesamine.

I had a Fairthorpe which I called Florence. Florence Fairthorpe sounded good to me at the time. Now I'm not so sure!!!! 

I also had a psychedelic Hillman Minx Convertible; which for some reason or other I called Chris; which had a grey soft top; pale green paintwork; & purple wheels.

I've resisted the urge to name cars since then!

He is Blue Boy from the High Chapparal. The KA is a boy too but he is just the Purple one or as my friend calls it The Purple Taxi.

Well service done today and decided it was time for a proper clean. Shame the sun didn't come out to see him in his full glory.
