Re: Facebook friend
I like the idea and I agree other colours would suit me better. Although I am not a lover of black cars it would look good the pink bits done in gold.

Re: Facebook friend
Looking closer at the pic, does anyone think it could be one of those vehicle wraps or a part of?

Re: Facebook friend
All that work in pink & black & they left the grill frames silver!!
Re the Elia. I do think that bonnet stripes would suit mine as to me the only weak bit of the body shape is the bonnet. Perhaps some Gordini stripes might be the order of the day?

The pink Wind is dreadful the black and gold Wind looks amazing. I have a white car and have been thinking about having the roof "wrapped" white. The car has black mirrors and I thought maybe picking the rear cowls out in a matching black. Maybe some black stripes. Has anybody done this kind of thing

I've been searching for the chrome cowls a mirror covers but I thought about a chrome wrap, there is a company in Morecambe that does signs and graphics, I might pay them a visit. i'll let you know how it goes.

Re: Facebook friend
I had chrome mirror covers fitted to my black Wind, got them off ebay for about £12. The mirror covers as you may already know are the same as the Twingo, which is how I found mine. I think the cowls are around £200 and the mirror covers £65 from Renault if you can get them. The mirror covers clip into place and can be removed, I think once the cowls are fitted that's it you can't get them off so no chance of second hand bargains. Be interested how you go on with the wrap option. A chrome car will certainly be eye catching.

Re: Facebook friend
just spoken to the guy, he said it shouldn't be a problem, and would be far cheaper!! I have to take the car for him to have a look, the only problem is I'm away for a week so i'll have to do it when I get back.
