Top twip.
In your mail application, create a new rule that looks for the word 'unsubscribe' in the body of a message, mark the email as read, move it to the junk folder.
Profit

Re: Is it just me....
I had a weird email from what I though was Paypal a few day back, saying I was near my spend limit and contact us with your details, but luckly I checked with a general questions website I have been on for years, and some of the members on there told me it was a con. So I just binned the email.
It was a phishing email, trying to get my bank details, as this seems to be a well known con, though I did not know it, but was suspicious, as Paypal just extracts money, any amount, as long as you have the funds in the bank. So no spend limit.
Hence beware of suspicious emails, you need your wits about you

I got an email from a friend yesterday with a website address. As he never emails me I think his account must of been hacked that just got binned. I did tell him though.

The BBC have put up a video yesterday explaining a bit more about phishing. Worth a watch. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-36981625

Auto enrollment..... Had to enroll all my staff I'm the first to opt out. I am sure they make it difficult so you don't bother.
