Read this quote below on an obscure Renault forum, is this reprograming possible or an April fool, as I would like it to read 'Hello Colin'  he he Very Happy

-------------------------obscure forum-----------------

"I have recently bought myself the Renault Wind Dynamic Roadster S. When I test drove it and turned the engine on it said "hello Sophie" (previous owner) across the screen. When I picked the vehicle up from the dealer they had reset everything and now it just says Renault and goes straight to the radio. This sounds really trivial but how do I get it to say hello and my name across the screen when I turn on the ignition?"

No word back on this yet, Barbs?

I cannot get into the French forum, as its members only.

I looked and although I have read it somewhere I couldn't find it. Which leads me to believe it must be information we lost on the old forum.

Well I buy genuine blades now, as I had a bad experience on a previous car of hardened rubber which does last longer (they were from Halfords), and all they did was squeak squeak squeak, could not stand it, so ended up going for genuine ever since.

Might not last as long but nice and quiet Very Happy

I read this on a Renault forum however there was no response. I would love to have this in my car. I am sure it could be done most likely at a Renault garage where the have access to the car's computer and software.  Next time I pass a Renault dealership I am going to ask.
