Yup. If your roof fails to open or close this is the keyhole where you put the metal winder that should be in the pouch with your handbook and things so that you can do it manually.

If you haven't got a winder then cross your fingers and get one asap. (Fortunately the roof mechanism seems reliable. I've only  used the winder once, when the boot lid got half way and wouldn't go up or down. The winder worked very easily. It was only afterwards that I realised I'd parked near a gulley on a road with a big camber and that probably stopped it working as the car should be parked level and flat to ensure correct roof operation.)

Interesting reading about the car being at an angle to the ground. Just re-read the manual and it does say do not open roof if you are up one side on a pavement kerb.

Also, obviously you cannot park in a low roof area of lower than 2.05 Metres, or its scrunch time  What a Face

Did not realise that there is also a thermal cutout in the motor, that could take 30 minutes to reset.

Has this cutout happened to anyone ?
