If you are thinking of buying a used Wind. Ask about the ball joints only appears to be an issue in the older version but the rubbers to seem to have had problems. If the car is still under Warranty it is a repair that Renault will cover the cost of.

I'm not sure that any are still under the manufacturer's 3 year warranty Barbs, so the chances of Renault putting their hand in their pocket are remote. Smile

Don't expect it to be as all-encompassing as the original 3 years.

If you need to have them replaced but don't want to pay to have the entire lower arms replaced as well, look no further: http://twingo133.com/en/

Wow ! Really, I have to say you thank you ! Because on French Forum, all Wind are concerned by this issue and this solution is perfect !

Do you know if this site is safe ? I will certainly buy 4 but I don't want to be stolen more than the Renault's fix Laughing

It's a member from Twingo133.net that set this up for us.
He bought these joints directly from the manufacturer.. Meaning he had to buy a huge lot in order for the manufacturer even considering of selling it.
